Texas native Taylor Fountain is a proud member of the vibrant Austin community. Living less than two miles from the capital, Taylor is in the heart of the city, giving her unbeatable location expertise in the Austin real estate market. Before real estate, she received a business degree and went on to start her own business, where she honed the marketing and communication skills that would serve her sellers well in real estate. After working as a general contractor, Taylor’s wife, who is also an agent, inspired her to bring her talents to real estate, and they joined forces to found The One Realty. Their combined financial, negotiation, construction, and design skills have truly made them a force to be reckoned with in the Austin real estate market!

From using modern technology to assist out-of-state buyers in securing their next dream home or investment property to using 3D video and drone photography to maximize the profits of her sellers, she is always looking at ways to better her customers’ experience.
